Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home - $425.00 ($3.75 per mile over 30 miles)


Death Certificate - Certified Death Certificates are $10 a copy


Cremation Fee - $995


Delivery of Cremated Remains – $125.00 within a 30 mile radius of the crematory


Refrigeration of Remains - First 48 hours free of charge; $75 each additional day


Transfer of Cremated Remains Into a Personal Container or Urn Supplied by the Family - $35

Transfer of Cremated Remains Into Customer Supplied Keepsake - $10


Shipment of Cremated Remains $125.00; Cremated Remains are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Registered Mail.


Insurance Assignments - 5% Fee on Amount Assigned (contestable policies not accepted)


Infants to 6 weeks $200


7 weeks to 1 year of Age - $250  


 2 Years of Age to 6 Years of Age - $400


Urns - $100 and up (A complete list of merchandise is available on our website and upon request)


Alternative Container - $25


Urn Engraving - $150


Cremation of Remains 300 lbs. -399 lbs. - Please add an additional $375 to package price.


Cremation of Remains 400 lbs.-499 lbs. - Please add an additional $475 to package price.


Cremation of Remains 500 lbs.-599 lbs. - Please add an additional $675 to package price.

                                                      


Anatomical Donation - $995;  This service includes: Services of Licensed Funeral Director & Staff, Transfer of Remains within a 50 mile radius of the Crematory, Filing all necessary Paperwork, 1 Courtesy Certified Death Certificate, and Preparation of Death Notification for Newspaper.
