Julie Anne (Martin) Brown

Julie Anne Brown,  62, passed away on May 20, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family.

Julie was a devoted wife to Tommy and a deeply loving mother to Jordan Harrell, Morgan Olson and Evan Brown.  She warmly welcomed her sons-in-love Brett Harrell and John Olson and future daughter-in-love, Emma Erb as part of the family she cherished more than anything in the world.  

Known lovingly as “Juju”, she was the proud and adoring Grandmother of Olivia Olson, Judah Harrell, Jack Olson and Tova Harrell.  Her grandchildren brought her endless joy and being their Juju was one of the greatest gifts of her life.

Julie was the beloved daughter of Gary and Gay Martin of Oquawka, Illinois and a loving sister to Kim (Mark) Gaponiuk of Vero Beach, Florida and Scott (Suzie) Martin of Matthews, North Carolina.  She was also a treasured aunt, cousin and friend to many who loved her deeply.

Julie’s kindness, warmth, strength and love for her family defined her life.  She created a home filled with comfort, laughter and unwavering support and her presence made everyone around her feel loved.  

She will be forever missed, forever loved and forever carried in the hearts of those who knew her.
