Donald Terrell Carver

CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA

August 10, 1945 - February 2, 2018

Mr. Carver, 72, of Charlotte, passed away at home on February 2, 2018. He was born in Canton, N.C. on August 10, 1945. He served in the Army National Guard and graduated from Asheville-Buncombe Technical College. He moved to Charlotte, N.C. where he worked in HVAC for over 45 years, owning his own company, Carver's Heating & Cooling, for the majority of that time. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather as well as a good friend to many. He never met a stranger and we are all blessed to have known him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Ruby Carver, and wife of 35 years, Virginia. He is survived by his sister, Patricia Underwood; daughter Adonna Pruette, her husband William, and their children: Hunter and Andra; step-son, Tony Miller, Jr., his wife Joanne, and their children: Michael, Amanda, Jessica, and Katie.

Services will be at 2:00PM, Saturday, February 10th, at Ridgeview Baptist Church, 7700 Tuckaseegee Rd, Charlotte, NC 28214, with Rev. Charles Foushee presiding. Family will receive friends at 1:00pm at the church with the memorial service immediately.
